Several years ago we arrived in Florida looking for our dream home in the sunshine state. We were introduced to Kristy who looked after us all day, driving us around the area viewing properties and helping us find what we were looking for.

You were very kind and helpful that day, and through the following six weeks you made sure that we spoke to the right people, making sure that the paperwork and purchase all went smoothly.  On each return visit the first people we go to see are Kristy, Sean, Gio and all the other staff at FHI for a chat and to catch up on all the local news.

We decided after long deliberation that FHI should be the agents we use to buy our holiday home in Florida. We felt we could trust them as they covered every eventuality; FHI kept us informed every step of the way. We are extremely happy with our dream home in Davenport, Florida and our choice of agents.

FHI management services have been excellent in providing us with helpful advice and encouragement when needed. I particularly like the way they keep you informed at all times no matter how small the problem may be, you always feel in control of your home even when its 4000 miles away. Kristy, we will never forget how you ran to find us at a nearby restaurant when the home we had originally fallen in love with became re-available to buy. It would have been so easy for you to say nothing and just let us go ahead with the second house of our choice but you knew that we were not 100% happy and your actions prevented us from making a wrong choice.

We are so delighted with our beautiful home on Southern Dunes and we just want to thank you again for going over and above the call of duty. You have remained a good friend to us and we look forward to buying you a meal on our next trip to the Sunshine State.
